We are Reminded LLC, doing business as Roxy Music ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), a company registered in Indiana, United States, located at 1012 Lincolnway, La Porte, IN 46350. We operate the website www.roxymusic.com (the "Site").

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Reminded LLC, concerning your access to and use of the Site and associated services (collectively, the "Services").

RETURN AND SHIPPING POLICIES

Returns are generally accepted within 14 days for unused, unopened items in original packaging. Items must be returned as received for full refund eligibility. Certain items (e.g., custom products, mouthpieces, reeds, software) may be non-returnable.

Shipping is available within the U.S. In-stock items typically ship within 1–2 business days. Tracking will be provided. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Damaged items must be reported promptly with photo evidence.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not use the Services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. This includes but is not limited to:

• Violating laws or regulations;

• Harassing or harming others;

• Distributing viruses or malicious code;

• Attempting unauthorized access to systems;

The Services are provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past six months.

INDEMNIFICATION AND USER DATA

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reminded LLC (d/b/a Roxy Music), its affiliates, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of the Services;

• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights;

• Any content you submit to the Services;

• Any harmful or unlawful conduct by you related to your use of the Services.
