Shipping
How much will it cost for me to have my item shipped?

Free shipping is offered for any purchase orders of $75 or more. Anything below $75 will have shipping fees calculated in at checkout.

Does Roxy's ship outside of the US?

Many of the distributors and manufactures that we work with do not allow Roxy's to ship their items overseas, but that doesn't mean all of them. Give Roxy's a call or shot us an email to find out if your item can be shipped to your desired location.

When can I expect to receive my order once it has been placed?

Roxy's ships smaller packages via USPS, which could take up to 10 business days to arrive. Anything over 5lbs usually ships with UPS ground and may take up to 5 days.

Roxy Music is a brick and mortar organization that prides ourselves on small-town values and excellent customer service. We offer this to our walk-in customers as well as our friends online. 

Is Roxy's affiliated with "Roxy's Music Store" in New York or the band "Roxy Music"?

We have no affiliation with either. Our Roxy's has been operating since 1939, before either of these entities existed.
