At the center of the Echolution 3 is a powerful multi-tap stereo delay engine capable of everything from subtle atmospheric repeats to huge evolving soundscapes. Delay times ranging from 100ms all the way up to 5 seconds can be dialed in manually or controlled using the onboard tap tempo footswitch for precise live performance control.
The second delay tap can be configured as a rhythmic subdivision of the primary delay time, including dotted eighth-note delays and Pigtronix’s unique Golden Ratio setting for naturally musical repeat spacing. Stereo ping pong functionality spreads repeats across left and right channels for massive stereo depth and movement.
