The PRS SE Silver Sky Maple is a modern classic that blends vintage single-coil tones with PRS precision and playability. Originally designed with John Mayer, the SE Silver Sky brings a familiar feel with PRS’s signature refinements to players everywhere.
Built with a poplar body, bolt-on maple neck, and maple fretboard adorned with PRS bird inlays, this model features the original 635JM carve neck and an 8.5” fretboard radius for smooth, comfortable playing. Three PRS-designed 635JM “S” single-coil pickups deliver warm, full tones with a musical top end that never turns harsh, making it perfect for blues, funk, rock, or soul.
Hardware includes a 2-point steel tremolo for tuning stability and expressive bends, vintage-style tuners, and a synthetic bone nut. Finished in the striking Nylon Blue, the PRS SE Silver Sky Maple is as inspiring to look at as it is to play.
