From Wednesday, July 1 through Friday, July 31, 2026, every qualifying purchase of $25 or more earns entries into our Anniversary Sweepstakes.
How It Works
- Every $25 spent (before tax) earns 1 entry.
- Spend more, earn more. $100 = 4 entries.
- Valid on qualifying in-stock merchandise purchased in-store or at roxymusic.com.
- Lessons, repair services, taxes, gift cards, and previous purchases do not qualify.
- In-store customers receive entry tickets at checkout.
- Online orders will have entries assigned automatically by our staff.
- No purchase necessary. See Official Rules below for the free alternate method of entry.
Grand Prize Drawing
The winner will be selected in a random drawing on Saturday, August 1, 2026.
We'll announce the winner LIVE on our Facebook and Instagram pages and will also contact the winner using the information provided with their entry.
Official Sweepstakes Rules
1. Eligibility
- Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older.
- Employees of Roxy Music are not eligible to win.
- Immediate family members of employees may enter.
- Void where prohibited by law.
2. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at store opening on July 1, 2026 and ends at store closing on July 31, 2026.
3. How to Enter
- Receive one (1) entry for every $25 spent (before tax) on qualifying merchandise.
- Qualifying purchases include eligible in-stock merchandise purchased in-store or online.
- Lessons, repairs, gift cards, taxes, shipping charges, and previous purchases do not qualify.
- There is no limit to the number of purchase entries earned.
4. Free Alternate Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary)
No Purchase Necessary. To enter without making a purchase, send an email to [email protected] no later than 11:59 PM CT on July 31, 2026 including:
- Full Name
- Mailing Address
- Phone Number
- Email Address
Limit one (1) free entry per person. Purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
5. Prize
- One Grand Prize as advertised.
- The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
- Winner may pick up the prize at Roxy Music or arrange shipping at their expense.
6. Prize Value & Taxes
- The approximate retail value (ARV) will be listed with the prize.
- If required by law, the winner must complete IRS Form W-9.
- If applicable, the winner will receive IRS Form 1099.
- The winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes.
7. Winner Selection
- One winner will be selected by random drawing on August 1, 2026.
- The drawing may be broadcast live on Facebook and Instagram.
- The winner will be contacted using the information provided with the entry.
- If the winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days, an alternate winner may be selected.
8. General Conditions
- By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules.
- Roxy Music reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if necessary due to fraud, technical issues, or circumstances beyond its control.
- This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or the manufacturer of the prize.
- No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not guarantee winning. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
