Free Shipping: All orders of $75 and up ship free within the continental U.S.
Flat Rate: Just $10 shipping on orders under $75. Still fast. Still solid.

- Handling Time: Most in-stock orders ship the same day or next business day.
- Transit Time: Typically 3–6 business days depending on the carrier and your location.
- Order Cut-Off: Orders placed by 2 PM CST usually ship same day (M–F). Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends ship the next business day.
- Typical Arrival: Expect delivery in 4–6 business days for most items shipped within the Lower 48.

How We Ship
- Large Instruments: Guitars, drums, amplifiers, and bulky gear are shipped via UPS Ground or similar insured ground service.
- Small Gear & Accessories: Strings, straps, pedals, tuners, and smaller accessories typically ship via USPS for quick mailbox delivery.
Every order is packed by musicians who actually care about your gear. We use high-quality boxes, secure padding, and thoughtful packing methods—because the only thing that should break is your tone, not your guitar neck.

Roxy Music ships across the United States and U.S. Territories. At this time, we do not offer international shipping—but we’re working toward world domination one local gig at a time.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories
We proudly ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other U.S. Territories. However, carrier rates for these regions are significantly higher—especially for guitars, amplifiers, drums, and oversized items.
- Free Shipping Eligibility: Orders shipping to these regions may not qualify for free shipping.
- Surcharges: Larger or heavier items may require additional shipping fees based on carrier rates.
- Shipping Quotes: If extra charges apply, we will contact you with a shipping estimate before fulfilling your order.
- Delivery Times: Transit times may vary significantly depending on the carrier and destination.

Order Status & Tracking
- Order Confirmation: You’ll receive an email as soon as your order is placed.
- Tracking Info: Tracking details are emailed once your order ships.

Addresses, Delivery Issues & Returned Packages
- Correct Address Required: Please verify your shipping address at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays or returns.
- Refused / Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, additional shipping charges may apply to re-send it.
- Porch Theft: Once a carrier marks a package as “Delivered,” it is considered delivered. If you suspect theft, we’ll help provide documentation, but claims must be filed with the carrier or local authorities.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
We take packing seriously, but things can happen in transit. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
- Damaged Items: Keep all packaging. Take clear photos of the box, packing materials, and the damaged item. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and photos so we can file a carrier claim and replace or repair your item.
- Wrong Item Shipped: Oops—our bad. We’ll send you a prepaid return label and get the correct item shipped ASAP.
- Missing Items: Some orders ship in multiple boxes. Check your packing slip or reach out and we’ll track it down.
